Registration – After attending our FREE WEBINAR Students can register and purchase our courses French for career (DELF) and French for Canada PR(TEF) from the website directly by making the payment online. Once student will enrol then we will provide one orientation session in which we will guide him or her about how our live lessons work.
Student Rights – As this is a hybrid program with online lectures and Daily live sessions, students cannot share this program and their login details with anyone else. The student portal cannot be accessed into multiple laptops, computers. If they do so, they will be terminated from the program without notice and not be refunded with the fees they paid.
It is students responsibility to attend the Daily live session, the fixed live sessions timings will not be changed for anyone.
At all times, students must behave appropriately with the tutor and fellow students. Any kind of misbehavior, vocal abuse or negative comments, discrimination based on cast, color, creed, gender will not be tolerated. The person will be terminated temporarily or permanently from attending the live sessions for specific or future levels.
Course Access – Online program contents are different for each level depending on the type of Program. The time duration for accessibility varies as well. It is advisable to go through the details thoroughly before purchasing the Program. Course access is for one year (Self paced + daily live lessons) from the date of purchase. After the access period has expired, they can extend/renew the online program by paying an additional renewal fee, or else no automatic extension will be provided under any circumstances.
The Online program renewal fees varies for which student needs to either email or get in touch with the administrative team.
The Online program content and lectures can be added or removed according to the syllabus changes and updates without notice to students.
Refund policy – Please note that the amount which students pay for the course is non refundable.

Class size – The class size for Live sessions is subject to change depending on the type of live session for all levels.
Course length for Online Program – The online access duration begins right from the day students purchase the course or transition from one level to another. Once the duration is ended, it is not possible to extend it any further. They have to be renewed by paying a certain fee. It is the students responsibility to study and revise the lectures and concepts within the given duration of level specific course access. The course length might change depending on the updates in the Program with a prior notice to student and a change in website course description.
Live sessions – The time duration and access for live sessions starts from the day the levels are purchased.
Students have a liberty to join them as per their schedule and availability. No different timings and sessions will be arranged for any student apart from given schedule. Once a student promotes to next level, the balance time/access pending on their previous live sessions goes away and they transition to new level with renewed access as per new level live sessions.
Live sessions tutors and timings are subject to change as per course updates, availability, levels ETC.
Sharing of Online Programs and Course Materials :
It is illegal to share the course materials, login Id and Password by our Student with any other Student, Non-student, other Institutes with same/similar kind of coaching or any other individual.
In case we identify a student doing so, there will be legal action taken against them, and course access will be taken away at the same time and a permanent ban will be applied on all platforms of LEARN WITH Kavneet.
No refund will be provided at any time for the students caught doing such an action.
In case the tutor is not able take the session due to health or other valid reasons, the students will be informed via email or WhatsApp group. The session will be either cancelled or rearranged for another day or week, students will be given homework or a task to perform for that day.
The study materials and session videos, along with all other program content, are the proprietary intellectual property of French with Kavneet . Any student who shares it for profit or non-profit purposes, whether privately or publicly, will face legal repercussions.
